Radio
Renacer in Buenos Aires on 1340 kHz
Another newcomer on the
Buenos Aires AM dial, Radio Renacer has begun broadcasting
on the frequency of 1340 kHz. Radio Renacer broadcasts
folk music, and is located in Castelar. The station
is apparently owned by Gerardo R. Pavón,
who also owns Radio Imágen Nacional. According
to DXer Arnaldo Slaen, telephone numbers announced
on Radio Renacer (4692-4412 and 4692-5512) are the
same as those for Radio Imágen Nacional.
Slaen reported hearing Radio Renacer on Condig mailing
list on December 8.
